This is a simple activity you can do at home and easy to carry around for a quick busy bag activity too.
Through this activity, your child will learn:
1. number recognition and identification
2. sorting and matching
3. counting (you can try counting backwards too)
4. 1:1 correspondence. One to one correspondence is involves counting an object or objects and matching it to the corresponding number. It is also recognizing that numbers represent quantity how many are there in a set.
5. counting in sets
All while working on fine motor skills!
